Media Release Form

The media release form is to ensure scouts can be posted online. You have 2 options either option#1 which allows us to post pictures of your child online or option#2 which doesn't let us put your child online.

If you are not sure if you have filled out one ask your Web Master.

 You can ask for a form from your Web Master or you can print the file below and turn it in.
